The annual fiscal year-end closeout process will occur between Monday, June 30 through Tuesday, July 1, 2025. We appreciate your patience and cooperation since some disruption of normal administrative systems (Banner, LeoOnline, and TouchNet) is expected. DegreeWorks will remain accessible during this time. The process for closing the fiscal year is an ongoing and complex process which requires coordination with the State and University’s Financial Systems, therefore it is necessary to bring these systems offline for a period of time.
The campus community can expect the following regarding the availability of key administrative computing systems:
Monday, June 30, 2025Ìý–
- The following systems will not be available after 10:00am:
               TouchNet - The following systems will not be available after 11:30am:
               XE Registration
               Payment components in LeoOnline
               Banner - No payments will be accepted in Banner or TouchNet until Tuesday, July 1, 2025, when the systems come back online.
- No financial transactions can be processed in the Banner Finance Module until Tuesday, July 1, 2025, when the systems come back online.
Deadlines for Web Time Entry for Part-Time Employees:
- Submission Date for Part-Time Employees (June 16 – June 30 pay period) – Submit no later than 11:59 pm on Tuesday, July 1, 2025
- Approval Date for Part-Time Employees (June 16 – June 30 pay period) – Approve by 10:00 pm on Wednesday, July 2, 2025
Tuesday, July 1, 2025 – All systems will be made available after approximately 11:00am
Please share this information with key staff members who use these administrative systems. Closing one fiscal year and starting the new one is a critical and complex process. We hope that by notifying you in advance about the unavailability of the administrative system, you may plan accordingly.
