The Department of Counseling and Human Services celebrates the following seven students who all earned recognition and honors for their work. Honorees were:
- Maram Aizaz received the Outstanding Masters Student Award for School Counseling
- Mikayla Cypress received the Outstanding Masters Student Award for School Counseling
- Emily Stuart Cypress received the Outstanding Masters Student Award for Mental Health Counseling
- Stephanie Dobbelaere received the Jill C. Dustin Excellence in Service and Leadership Award
- Brielle Kittrell received the Outstanding Human Services Student Award
- Katherina Nako received the Outstanding Masters Student Award for Mental Health Counseling
- Dr. Stephanie Smith-Durkin received the Outstanding Doctoral Student Award for Counseling
