Requirements

Students entering the Bachelor of Science program in Cybersecurity should meet the minimum university admission requirements Undergraduate Admission.

  • Completed online application.
  • Paid $50 application fee (non-refundable).
  • Official high school transcript (or GED transcript).
  • Official SAT/ACT test scores OR apply test optional.

Optional (but strongly recommended) application items include:

  • Activity resume (highly recommended for institutional scholarship consideration).
  • Letter(s) of recommendation.
  • Personal statement.

Because the curriculum requires calculus and physics, as well as a number of computer engineering and computer science courses, it is highly recommended that prospective students feel confident in their skills in high school math and science. Information about AP, IB, and Cambridge Advanced A/AS exams and accepted scores can be found here.

Students entering the Master of Science program in Cybersecurity should meet the minimum university admission requirements Graduate Admission.

  • .
  • Official copies of transcripts from all colleges/universities attended.
  • A current resume.
  • A statement of professional goals and academic objectives.
  • Two letters of recommendation from individuals familiar with the applicant's professional and/or academic background.
  • Paid application fee.
  • International applicants should send TOEFL test scores directly from the ETS to the 51情报站 International Graduate Admission Office. We require scores of at least 230 on the computer-based TOEFL or 80 on the TOEFL iBT.

Bridge to M.S.:

For applicants whose undergraduate major was not in a technical or STEM field, the School offers the Bridge to M.S. program, a pathway designed to build foundational technical skills and prepare you for the full M.S. in Cybersecurity. This option allows non-technical students to complete three pre-master鈥檚 courses that seamlessly count toward the 30-credit degree while gaining confidence in key systems and environments.
